Metal Service Center
The Metal Service Centre includes all of MAF Metal Alloy Fabrications primary metal services from Laser Cutting to Deburring and finishing. We specialize and excel in each of these areas. To facility these process, the Drafting and Design teams primary task is to ensure a clean translation of information between the customer and MAF Metal Alloy Fabrication. MAF Metal Alloy Fabrication can take any dxf. or solid works file and translate it straight to our machines, bringing your dxf’s or sketches to life. Value adding services like painting are also provided.
MAF’s Metal Services:
With innovative laser cutters, MAF Metal Alloy Fabrication has the cutting edge technology to meet customer’s needs. Each laser cutting machine is CNC operated, eliminating any manual errors and ensuring prime accuracy.
In addition to our high proficiency laser cutting machines, a computer-operated unload and load tower allows for lights out operation. This is vital to our customers because it ensures on time delivery on large quantity runs. Oversize sheet metal is not a concern for MAF Metal Alloy Fabrication as our laser cutter has a large bed.
MAF Metal Alloy Fabrication has a rotary on our laser-cutting machine to cut metal tube and pipe.
Our advanced abrasive water jet allows us to cut unique and diversified projects and has bevel cutting capabilities. This means no expensive machining required. The water jet can cut any steel up to 6” thick.
MAF Metal Alloy Fabrication possesses the newest innovation in press brake technology. Our five press brakes can cater to any bending job. Sophisticated bending technology, called the lift assist, has allowed MAF Metal Alloy Fabrication to competitively bend large panels without re-bends.
MAF Metal Alloy Fabrication is a CWB certified organization. All our welding professionals are Journeymen or Apprentices. Material such as stainless steel, steel, aluminum and copper can be welded or brazed. MAF Metal Alloy Fabrication houses overhead cranes to handle projects up to 10 tons.
